1. If the Hashrate of the final delivered mining machine is lower than 151T, the difference will be refunded according to $/T.
2. The product needs full payment.

4. After an order has been submitted, you have 24hrs to submit a request to cancel the order, refund any part of the ordered amount or change the ordered item(s) to different item(s) or different batch(es). After 24hrs any cancellation or change will not be permitted by Bitminer Market.
5. The pictures shown are for reference only; the final shipment version shall prevail.
|Â Shipping Details
1.The products are made in Malaysia.Â
2. Shipments will be scheduled on a first-paid-first-ship basis for orders on which Bitminer Market has received full payment.
2. We are not responsible for any local customs delays or returned shipments due to a lack of proper documentation. It’s highly recommended to be aware of your local customs clearance policies and prepare all customs documentation ahead of item arrival to avoid delays or unexpected costs.

1. Kindly note that customer service for the product shall not be available if the miner is operated without the water-cooling container due to operational issues.Â
2. A 365-day warranty period is provided starting from the shipping date. Bitminer Market will cover shipping costs when shipping a replacement unit within the warranty period.
3. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser who purchased the machine directly from Bitminer Market . Once the miner is resold, warranty coverage becomes the responsibility of the re-seller.
4. If the user fails to use the product per the given instructions, specifications, and conditions provided or changes the function settings of the unit without Bitminer Market’s prior consent, Bitminer Market’s will not be liable for any damage arising therefrom.
